CPD/INSET Course Summary:
This CPD will give staff plenty of ideas and techniques to enhance their creative curriculum or arts week/big draw! We will explore the process of creating a range of sculptures and collages through using various easily available materials.
Teachers may engage in creating their own plastic bottle sculpture or shoebox landscapes, and will discover ways of adapting the techniques covered to their own lessons and planning session. Teachers will also gain the skills to extend and develop pupils 3D and collage work and we will look at various ways of displaying artwork creatively in school.
The course will help you discover ways of using materials you already have in school and using recycling materials wherever possible and ways to deliver collage and 3D sessions online with pupils at home.
