Workshop Summary: 

The ancient Maya have over 200 gods depicted as figurines, friezes, painting and painted. But how can you tell the gods from the kings? In this 60 minute workshop your pupils will learn to identify the gods from the mortals, They will then focus on a handful of the key gods, learning their role in the Maya world. Pupils are encouraged to respond both verbally and through chat during this interactive workshop and time is given at the end for questions.

At your request parallels can be drawn with Viking Gods.
